All Sales Are Final on Hats
All hat purchases made through NurseFam are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on hats for any reason, including size, fit, or change of mind.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect hat, please contact our Customer Service team at support@nursefam.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

The hat must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

If the defect or error is confirmed, we will replace the item at our discretion.

If the exact style or color is unavailable, we may issue store credit.
Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the package.
