NurseFam Shipping Policy

We currently ship only within the United States. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.


Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • Orders will be shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.


Shipping Options

Unless Express Shipping is selected at checkout, orders will ship via our standard economy processing.

  • USPS Economy Shipping

    • Processing: Ships within 7–10 business days of placing the order.

    • Transit time varies depending on your location.

  • UPS Ground

    • Not an express option.

    • Processing: Ships within 7–10 business days of placing the order.

    • Transit time varies by destination from our Tennessee warehouse.

  • UPS 2nd Day Air*

    • Ships within 2 business days of placing the order.

    • Arrives 2 business days after shipping.

    • Weekends and holidays are not business days; express shipments will not arrive on Saturdays or Sundays.

  • UPS Next Day Air*

    • Ships within 2 business days of placing the order.

    • Arrives the next business day after shipping.

    • Weekends and holidays are not business days; express shipments will not arrive on Saturdays or Sundays.


Pre-Order Items

  • Items marked PRE-ORDER in the product description will include an estimated ship date (subject to change based on production timelines).

  • Pre-order items are not eligible for express processing. If you select express shipping for a pre-order item, it will ship via your chosen express method once the item becomes available.
